Only okay
I got this product probably a month or so ago and I though it would be a lot bolder. In reviews or tutorials for this product it seems to be bolder than the one that I purchased. I'm unsure why but it comes out on my skin super faint and I'm order to get it hold and black at all I need to literally press down with it really hard which obviously isn't very comfortable on my eyelid. What I do like about it is the softness of the felt tip and how skinny it is. I can see this being a potentially great product if this were fixed. It must only be mine but I wouldn't want to purchase another for it could turn out the same.

I love NYX products but I would say this one is the worst. I bought this twice because at first I thought maybe there was something wrong with the pen, but I bought it again about two weeks ago and the first line is good, then after that it seems like there is no liner left inside. It does not work well on top of eyeshadow or anything. The very tip of it never works and seems to wear out. Even when I some how get it to work I would have to go over it again and again till I got the shade I wanted because it comes out really light colored. Its really annoying. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

The formulation is excellent; it wears well and even holds up to swimming in chlorinated pools for >90 minutes. The color is a deep, rich black.
HOWEVER I cannot give it more than three stars because the tips invariably break down within a month. I just switched to the "Tattoo Liner" from Kat Von D's line.
I wish the tip held up better because the coverage and color are excellent, and the liner has great staying power, yet comes off easily with either cold cream or oil- or glycerin-based makeup remover.

No...just no.
My normal NYX liquid eyeliner is ALWAYS sold out at my local store, (NYX noir liquid black liner in semi-glossy is the BOMB) anyway, out of desperation I tried this one. NOT a fan at all....the felt tip is ok, but I can see how it would break down pretty quickly. My biggest complaint is the staying power...its terrible. It smudges very easily, and doesn't have good pigment...its almost like it never completely dries or something? I was out to dinner on a patio, it was a bit windy out and I very lightly dabbed at my eye and literally took half my winged liner off!!! So, I got to sit there looking like a big weirdo the rest of the evening with missing eyeliner. Yeah, trust me ladies...you'll want to skip this one.

i purchased this from target last minute, cause i realised i was out of my other eyeliner. i caome home and open it and was extremely disapointed. its almost dried out and has no coverage. i guessed that the nib was a little dry, so i took it out and tried to flip it. when i tried putting it back in, the first half went smoothy, but it stopped and started bending. i tried to force it back in, but ended up just cutting it. turns out the nib was not dry, and it just the product. i really like nyx and all of their products, so i know that they can so better. idk if it was from being stored right side up or just old, but i'm extremely disapointed.

At first, this product was great! Loved the color and the application style.
But in less than 2 weeks, the tip dried up and hardly worked. The only color that came out was grey. If you used it side ways, the black color came out but obviously it came out in a large life, defeating the point of a "super skinny" liner. Would not repurchase or recommend.
If NYX would fix the tip problem, it would be fantastic!

This has to be the DRYEST eyeliner I’ve ever had.
Saw this product at Ulta and decided to go ahead and purchase it. (I didn’t even look at reviews so that is completely my fault... you live and you learn.) I tested the eyeliner when I got home and was convinced I had purchased an old, used liner... because SURELY, a brand new product wouldn’t be more dry then my old used eyeliner I was trying to replace. I get this is a marker eyeliner but i shouldn’t feel like I’m dragging a dry sharpie across my eyelid. This was very disappointing and NYX y’all should look into changing the formula or something because this is an absolute joke.

The concept or this marker was great; I like the point of it -- the actually pen itself could be a little more comfortable to hold/use. My real complaint is that this product is not water proof... or smudge-proof or sweat-proof or anything else. At any point this can wipe off with the lightest touch. That might be good when it comes to makeup removal, but I don't want an eyeliner that's going to quit on me -- I want one that can hold up to anything I can throw at it! The pigment is nice and dark but can be a bit irritating to some eyes, from what some friends reported to me. I didn't have this problem, but I imagine if the product started to run and went into their eyes that would in fact be irritating! I hope they reformulate this and put it back out: I'd love to try a second attempt!
