PoorI have used NYX wooden eyebrow pencils in the past and have been very satisfied with them, however I was very disappointed with my recent order of 4 of your pencils. The color portion of the pencils is soft and breaks easily when I try to sharpen it. Usually one pencil will last me a month or more. This last purchase I went through one in just one week. Very dissatisfied with this last purchase. Can you explain to me why the quality of your wooden pencils has diminished so drastically?

Love the dual ended product[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was very useful, the packaging made it a very nice product with dual ended product. The pigmentation was great, application was easy, good price and blended out well.

Redheads unitePerfect shade for a redhead ! U usually find colors that are too light or way too dark, or way too much on the red side. This shade is perfect for redheads with some brunette shades mixed in

The BEST Brow PencilEvery time I use this pencil, I get compliments on my eyebrows. This is a staple for me. I love that I can sharpen it, and the color swatch was very helpful. I got my perfect shade on the first buy! It glides well, so it is very quick and easy to use.

Great new pencilI love this pencil! This is easy to use, creamy and blendable. I love the dual end, especially for travel. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I think the color range could be better.

Not the sameI have been using the nyx brow powder pencil in taupe for a few years, and this new version just isn't it. The previous version was perfect, no clue why they have changed the formula. The new version is very crumbly so I end up with chunks on my brows with even the lightest application. The color is also different. The previous version had this nice soft ashy color, and the new version is darker and comes off as harsher. I'm very disappointed in this change. Unfortunately this new formula is just unusable and I'll have to find something else. I hope they bring back the old formula one day.
