Love this white base! As a freelance makeup artist who loves her bright colors this is a must-have! While it's great to have the milk jumbo eye pencil this base gives your pigments a lot more "stick." My one complaint is the packaging: I wish this were in a tube or something because I feel like whenever I stick a finger in it I find pigment I didn't know was on my fingers has transferred into the pot! It's also a little hard to get it just on your finger and not under your nails; this can be solved by using a vegan brush (Real Techniques or Sigma Mr/Mrs Bunny are great) to pick up the product, but again -- just make sure the brush is completely clean or you'll make a mess of the base!

Magic is real - and it's made by NYX.
So far I only own the black eyeshadow base and I have had amazing results with it. I stipple it over my UD primer (my skin is too oily to use just the base by itself) wherever I plan to use it - usually just the lid or just the crease, depending on the look I'm after. My skin is pale and even the darkest black eyeshadow normally looks dull on me. This stuff makes all the difference. I can't wait to try the white one (and even try it together with the black one for extra contrast between the lid and crease). The pictures attached are ones where I applied it to the crease.

I use these little pots of magic on all my clients. Love the gel consistency which makes application and blending easy. The 3 colors all have there purpose and and universal to all skin types. Don't believe me try the Skin tone. The peachy base is great for evening out color on the lids and in a pinch as an under eye concealer on light to medium. As for darker tones on the lid could be worn alone as a great way to highlight and brighten the eyes. Tip let set for a minute before applying eyeshadows to make blending easier and prevent creasing. Love this product can't live without it.

Great application but oily creases resulted
I purchased this eyeshadow base in ESB03 skin tone. I was eager to try the product and did not do my research first on this site by reading reviews. My eyelids ARE NOT SUPER OILY. After reading many reviews that stated this product was oily and creased, I thought I would try it anyway, since there were more 5-star ratings. I cleansed my eyelids well and applied just enough product. Product went on smoothly and had a good consistency, and I liked the color. However, within an hour, my eyelids were both creased all the way across. This is by far the worst eyeshadow base I have ever tried. This was a waste of money. You can do better Nyx.

Absolutely perfect!!
The nyx black e/s base is now at the top of my list of can't do withouts. I have been able to cut my eye makeup application time by at least two-thirds. I was working so hard to get the black smudgy smoky eye with powders and it was a hot mess. I've used it as a complete lid base with a copper color overlay; looks sensational. Now I can make any look picture perfect with the medium to dark color at one or both ends of my lids. It goes on easily; just pat it on with fingertip; voila. Well done nyx; this one will be hard to top for me.

best thing ever
this white primer is the best thing that has happened to my make up. as a dark girl colours never popped for me but now they do!! I used it for my last photoshoot and it has made a world of a difference. I also kept my make up all day in the heat and humidity and the colours still stayed!!

Awesome!
I bought this to use as the base to paint on my daughter's face for Halloween and it worked wonderfully! It went on smooth and stayed in place all day on a rambunctious 9 year old. I suggest you use coconut oil to remove as it does like to stick to you even after washing with soap and water but coconut oil did the trick and well.

I bought the eye shadow base in skin tone and I think it works great!!! I can wear my eyeshadow all day without it creasing, eventually it does fade but it lasts so much longer than eyeshadow alone. Also, my mom used it as a concealer and it worked great for that too!!!
