The duo construct is designed to be used together for optimal glow, with the shade ‘platinum status ‘ having a stickier base, and ‘diamond chains’ glitter to be used on top. I am mostly reaching for ‘platinum status’ when highlighting my face, but I am also liking the idea of using this product for my body as well. For the price point, shade, and color payoff, I would say it’s worth it for an everyday highlighter. I would probably not wear this if I was going to a fancy event. And one star off for being a bit messy and glitter fallout.

Rated 5 di 5 di da Beautiful Glow [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This highlighter is beautiful, one side is more of a shimmer and one is sparkly. I have a fair complexion, and the light pink looked so beautiful on my skin. I used this product on my eyelids, cheekbones, Cupid’s bow and on my collarbones. My favorite was on my eyelids, it stayed on like an eyeshadow and blended out for a very beautiful natural look. I will be adding this to my weekly use, and recommending to all friends. Especially the sparkly side, as it didn’t shed and stayed on for a really beautiful look. I received this product complimentary from Influenster and NYX.

Rated 4 di 5 di da New Favorite [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m absolutely obsessed with this product and I honestly don’t think a makeup-wearing day has gone by since I received it that I haven’t used it. The colors are perfectly suited to medium and deep skin tones, creating a really beautiful glow. The only thing I don’t like is that one side has larger glittery/sparkly flecks in it, which isn’t a look I personally enjoy but I know some people do prefer that sort of thing. I’ve already recommended it to all of my friends and I will definitely repurchase. The price point is amazing for the quality. So thankful to have received this complimentary from Influenster and NYX!

I absolutely loved the left side of the highlighter that was more of the silver/gold very buttery feeling side. I really hated the side that had the glitter in it though. It had horrible fall out and as you tried to apply it all that was left on your face was very loose pink toned glitter that got everywhere! I even tried using it with a damp sponge and also spraying a brush with setting spray like you would a glitter shadow to try to get it to stick. Nothing worked. If they released just the shimmer side I'd absolutely buy it but not with the glittery shade.

Rated 5 di 5 di da First voxbox NYX Highlighter Duo [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yay my first #voxbox from #Influenster #NYX I absolutely LOVE this highlighter it reminds me of my favorite blush, highlighter Duo from wet n wild the Hello Halo. It's such a creamy formula I love the way it feels and looks on my skin. This Duo has definitely replaced my wet n wild. The blush is such a pretty light tone pink has so much shimmer I love it. When I wore it I put it above my blush like always, alittle on my nose and chin area I loved the way my face glowed after applying this and in the sun the glow was amazing. This is definitely my new favorite.

The color I went with is "platinum status & diamond chains", and the 2 colors are beautiful. the first color is a traditional highlighter with a more opaque finish of pinks and gold. the second color is more of a sheer color with the rose gold sparkles shimmering. you can wear them independently of each other, or pair them for a pretty, bolder pink and rose gold mix. you get a decent amount of product for the price, and the pigment payoff makes this a very valuable staple in my makeup collection.

Rated 4 di 5 di da Day and Night Highlighting Duo [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the Highlighting Duo comes with two sides, each with a different shade. Both are extremely blend-able and reflect the light beautifully to give you a nice glow. The shade on the left is shimmery and more subtle than the other shade but still stands out on the skin. The darker shade on the right is more glittery and a little less creamy. For me personally, the glittery shade is a little too “extreme” and I prefer the lighter shade to highlight my cheekbones. I really like the dual colors and shimmer. The lighter color (on the left) is great for my cheekbones and tip of the nose. The other color (on the right) is more of a rose gold with massive amounts of shimmer. I love the sparkles, but it’s more for a night look in my opinion. I did use the rose gold as a day eyeshadow color. It had nice color that was able to be worn by itself. This is a long wearing makeup product, but can easily be buildable for a day to night look. I would recommend this product and it has easily become a go to product for everyday makeup.
