Dried outI’ve bought this eyeliner 5 times in the last 2 months and all have been completely dried out!!!! I’ve purchased from 3 different retail stores in hopes 1 would be good and unfortunately they were not. This only happened since last year. Please help me to find a compatible eyeliner

Super dryI have been using the product for years. Was so excited when it was brought back. But recently all the ones I’ve bought have been completely dried out and unusable. I have bought 5 eyeliners from 3 different store over the past 4month and all have been unusable. This is absolute ridiculous. There is zero quality control.

Disappointing, don’t buy, bring back the OGIt’s been 7 of the once beloved matte eyeliners and every single time they are dried out and clumpy. It seemed to be a bad batch sent to multiple stores in my area but after waiting for months and trying again, I’m still disappointed and wasting money. I waited for years for this eyeliner to come back and it was great when it first did and now it’s absolutely terrible. In general I love NYX products and I’m sad to have wasted so much time and money in hopes of literally like the most favored eyeliner ever, being back to perfect.

Dry globs!Should’ve looked up the reviews before I purchased. All of the one star reviews are exactly how this product comes. It’s so dry and comes out in globs. The formula is an absolute disaster. It’s not even a liquid on the brush, just super dry globs.

Total DisapointmentThis used to be MY FAVORITE eyeliner for years. I’ve been using it before since before they discontinued it, brought it back, and sadly now the death of it again smh. I recently purchased about 6 of these because I needed to restock my inventory because this is the only liner I use. I opened one and it was totally dry. I thought it might’ve been a one off so I opened another and it was the same thing, anything that would come out the tube was like globs of tar. I opened each tube of liner and they’ve all have the same issue- dry and globs of tar. How disappointing and what a waste of money! I’ve been racking my brain about this and finally decided to come on the site to read the reviews and I’m shocked to hear everyone having the same issue. NYX please explain to us what’s going on and please remedy the issue. I now have to find a new brand for eyeliner smh.

Like smearing tar on my eyelidI bought this because I was told it’s super pigmented, and does not budge. I bought one and it was so thick I had to glob it on. I shook it for a long time, stirred the brush around and it was still very thick like tar. I check other ones and one was so dry nothing came out and another one was just as thick as mine. Looking at reviews on here I see that it definitely shouldn’t be like that. I had really high hopes and I hope it gets changed back to what it was supposed to be. This is horrible!
